SIR’s 2024 autumn school tour is HAMLET: THE MODERN PLAYER’S GUIDE from October 29th to November 22nd.

We will schedule dates throughout Winnipeg, Southern & Central Manitoba, Eastern Saskatchewan and Northern Ontario.

HAMLET: THE MODERN PLAYER’S GUIDE is a vibrant, youthful solo adaptation of Shakespeare’s classic, filled with music and wonder. It is a virtuosic performance that serves as the perfect introduction to Shakespeare’s most famous play, but also works as the ultimate celebration of his enduring genius. A single actor-musician embodies all the main characters, aided by funky, romantic and catchy original songs inspired by famous monologues in the play. Shakespeare’s language becomes accessible, joyful and completely mesmerizing. Payment Details

On average a single performance at your school will cost $750. If you book 2 performances, we will reduce the cost to $700 per show. However, if you have far fewer than 150-250 students attending the performance the cost can be negotiated with our Tour Coordinator. Invoices will only be sent after your cost has been confirmed with you.
