Tickets are available online at www.shakespeareintheruins.com/shop 24 hours a day.
Day-of purchases can be made online up to 4 hours prior to the performance, after which, it is removed as an option from the website and tickets can be purchased in person at the box office at the Ruins.
You may purchase day-of tickets in person at the box office when you arrive at the Ruins. Any available tickets are on a first come, first serve basis. If a show is sold-out and no door tickets are available, we will post this information on our website at:
In person tickets are the only way to participate in Pay-What-You-Can-Tuesday’s (PWYC). 30 tickets are held at the door for PWYC performances.
We accept credit, debit, and cash at the door.

All ticket orders are non-refundable. Exchanges are available according to our Exchange Policy below and will be subject to an exchange fee. Please see our exchange policy for further details.
If ticket exchanges are prompted by the patron, they may be exchanged for a fee of $2.50 per ticket. Early bird ticket holders will lose their discount and must rebook at the regular or discount admission price (as applicable.)
If ticket exchanges are prompted by the theatre due to a weather-related cancelation, ticket exchanges are free, and your early-bird pricing will be maintained.
All exchanges are subject to availability. No exchanges are available within 24 hours of the performance, or thereafter.
Shakespeare in the Ruins may or may not cancel a performance due to rain in the forecast. In mild or moderate rain, the performance will go ahead as scheduled, and audience members should dress appropriately. Performances affected by heavy rain, thunder and lightning will be canceled and patrons will be given the opportunity to exchange their ticket, according to policy outlined above.
